Under the supervision of the Sr. Director of Development and as a member of the YWCA Leadership team, the Director of Grants and Development has a primary responsibility of identifying, defining and developing funding sources to advance the strategic directions of the association. The Director of Grants and Development will work cooperatively with the CEO and other senior directors to build organizational capacity through new initiatives and by maintaining departmental functions and efficiencies.
