Employment Pathways

Program Overview

Ready for What's Next? We're Ready to Help You Get There.

Job searching can feel overwhelming. Where do you even start? What if you don't have the "right" experience? What if the barriers in your way feel bigger than the opportunities ahead?

That's exactly why Employment Pathways exists.

We help job seekers build the skills, confidence, and workplace readiness needed to succeed in today's labour market, and this resource is completely free for the public. We specialize in supporting individuals facing barriers to employment, because everyone deserves a real shot at meaningful work.

Through personalized guidance, hands-on training, and support that sticks around when things get tough, we help you figure out where you're headed, build the skills to get there, and push through the challenges that get in the way.

Our goal? Getting you connected to real jobs, real training, and real opportunities that lead to long-term growth and independence. By working closely with employers, community partners, and support services, we're building something bigger than a job search. We're building a community where people and opportunities meet.

Client Success Story

After arriving in Regina in December 2025, a newcomer with a background in Business Administration turned to Employment Pathways for support in building his resume, crafting a cover letter, and preparing for interviews, while also taking part in our Virtual Reality Career Exploration and Basic Digital Literacy classes. His hard work paid off with a job as a shipper/receiver at the Loblaw's Distribution Centre, giving him valuable Canadian work experience to build on. To help ease the transition, Employment Pathways provided him with work gloves and bus tickets to get to and from the job. While the position isn't directly tied to his field of study, he expressed genuine gratitude for the opportunity to get back to work, gain Canadian experience, and start building his life in Canada.
