Job Launch is an employment program for individuals 16 and older with recent involvement in the criminal justice system, built on one simple belief: everyone deserves a second chance, and no stigma should stand in the way of a fresh start. We meet you exactly where you are, whether you're entering the workforce for the first time, returning after time away, or simply ready for a new direction.
