In Motion and Momentum+ YESS is a career readiness program for youth aged 15 to 30 across Saskatchewan, built for anyone facing barriers to employment and tired of feeling stuck. No five-year plan required. No judgment. Just real, hands-on support to help you figure out what you're actually good at and build real confidence, one step at a time.
Whether you're getting back into school, landing your first job, or just trying to feel more connected to your community, we meet you exactly where you're at, no pressure, no checklist, just people who actually show up for you.
The hardest part isn't the plan. It's the first step.
Program themes include:
· 10-week structured program with facilitated group learning;
· Strength-based approach focused on confidence-building and personal growth;
· Goal setting, problem-solving, and skill development activities;
· Emphasis on teamwork, communication, leadership, adaptability, and time management;
· Community project component addressing real community needs;
· Increased connection to education, employment, and community resources;
· Supportive group environment that encourages engagement and belonging.
· Receive a $25 daily stipend
Client Success Story
Participant was interested in the Casino Regina - as part of module 3, a staff from Casino Regina came to present and provide information about what they have to offer and what their hiring process looks like. This group member provided a resume and was told to apply online, but the staff would take his resume to make sure requitement would know to watch out for him. He completed an interview with Casino Regina and impressed them! In a recent update, this individual was hired with the Casino Regina as a direct result of this connection.
